Complex Rendering (Shading + Lighting): Done with an assortment of blending tools. Takes longer, better/more textured results. Takes longer, more expensive.
Simple Rendering (Shading + Lighting): Done with an airbrush tool and guassian blur. Takes less time, less refined look. Less expensive.
